Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two Royal Decrees on Monday, reading as follows:
Royal Decree No 32/2022 amends some provisions of Royal Decree No 84/2020 on the Secretariat General of the Tender Board.

Article 1 replaces Annexes 1 and 2 attached to the aforesaid Royal Decree No 84/2020 with the two annexes attached to this Royal Decree.

Article 2 cancels all that contradicts this decree or contravenes its provisions.

Article 3 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 33/2022 ratifies an agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on mutual visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, special, service and official passports, signed in Hanoi on April 28, 2022.

Article 1 ratifies the aforesaid agreement as per the version attached to this decree.

Article 2 states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
