Muscat – The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) rescued a citizen who fell into a well in Sur and was later transferred to the hospital with moderate injury.

In a statement, CDAA said, ‘rescue teams in South Sharqiyah governorate were able to rescue a citizen after he fell into a well in the Taima area in the Wilayat of Sur.’

‘Emergency medical care was provided to him, and was later transferred to the hospital with moderate injury,’ it added.

The authority calls on citizens and residents to take precautions and to deal professionally while maintaining wells in order to preserve the safety of all.
