Muscat – As part of its efforts to cater to Eid al Fitr rush in the markets, Muscat Municipality has set up 182 new parking slots in Seeb. The civic body has also made preparations in all its public parks to receive visitors during the holidays.

A statement issued by Muscat Municipality said, ‘Muscat Municipality has completed the construction of 182 new parking slots for vehicles in Seeb market along the beach. People visiting the Seeb Souq can use these parkings slots.’

The municipality confirmed that the goal of opening the new parking slots was to reduce the heavy rush, especially during festive occasions such as Eid al Fitr.

On parks being ready, the municipality stated that parks in will be open to public during the Eid holidays from 9am to 12am, giving people time to enjoy some fresh air and nature.
