Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No 23/2022 on Wednesday amending some provisions of the Administrative Court Law.

• Article (1) states that the amendments attached to this decree will be applied to the aforementioned Administrative Court Law.
• Article (2) cancels all that contradicts this decree – or the amendments attached herewith – or contravenes their provisions.
• Article (3) states that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the day following its date of publication.
