Muscat – The National Records and Archives Authority (NRAA) has issued the English version of the book titled The System of Government Transition: Modern and Renewable Renaissance of Oman (An Analytical Study). The issue comes as part of the 26th volume of the Research and Survey in National and International Archives series.
According to Oman News Agency, The publication contains 614 pages and includes 16 chapters divided into two main axes. The book sheds light on mechanism for the transfer of power in the Sultanate of Oman and touches on the Basic Law of the State of 2021.
It also features modernising legal legislation and organising the State’s Administrative Apparatus, restructuring the government, the decision-making process, power transfer stability regulations and mandates for the Crown Prince in the Sultanate of Oman, as well as the legal organisation of the Council of Oman and the Shura Council for 2021.
The book also spotlights Oman Vision 2040 and its economic and social outcomes, which covers citizenship and the rights of women and children.
