Muscat – A violation notice was issued against a hotel establishment on Tuesday for operating without a licence.

A statement issued by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism (MHT) said that it issued a violation notice against a rest house that had been engaged in hotel activities without obtaining a licence in Dakhiliyah governorate.

The ministry calls on all unlicensed establishments to stop their operations until their conditions are reconciled and they obtain the necessary approvals and licences in order to avoid legal proceedings in accordance with the executive regulations of the Tourism Law.
