Muscat – Two Omani students were killed and several others were injured in a road accident in Nizwa, according to Nizwa University. The students were traveling in a bus from home to Nizwa University.

In an online statement, Nizwa University, said, ‘The administration of the University of Nizwa and all its members mourn the death of two of its students who were killed in a tragic road accident in Nizwa.’

‘The University offers sincere condolences to the relatives of the deceased. We also pray to God for the speed recovery of the injuries.’ it added.

The administration of the University of Nizwa, on Monday, observed mourning to pay respects to the two students who lost their lives in the accident.
