Muscat – H E Qais Mohammed al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and H E Dr Said Mohammed al Saqri, Minister of Economy, received separately Ville Skinnari, Minister for Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade of Finland, on Sunday.

The two sides reviewed bilateral relations, as well scope of investment and economic cooperation, besides discussing issues of common interest, including a free trade agreement and an agreement on avoidance of double taxation.

The meeting with H E Yousef explored the incentives offered by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and the opportunities available in the two countries, particularly in the fields of tourism, industry, research, mining and economic diversification that are targeted in Oman Vision 2040.
