Muscat – The Ministry of Health (MoH) on Sunday announced 2,087 new infections registered in the last three days. The total number of COVID-19 cases registered in the country now goes to 312,425.

MoH said 755 new cases were reported on Thursday, 605 on Friday and 727 on Saturday.

Three deaths were reported in the last three days. ‘The total number of COVID-19-related deaths in the country now is 4,122,’ MoH said, adding that 720 new cases recovered, accounting for a total of 302,178 recoveries.

‘There were 25 new hospitalisations in the last 24 hours, accounting for a total of 88 in health institutions, including 11 in ICUs.’
