His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No 47/2021 on Wednesday promulgating the System (Bylaw) of University of Technology and Applied Sciences.

Article (1) stipulates that the provisions of the System of University of Technology and Applied Sciences, attached to this decree, be enforced.

Article (2) states that the Chairman of the Council of University of Technology and Applied Sciences will issue the organisational regulations of the university, as well as other regulations and decisions necessary for the application of the system attached. Till such time, the existing regulations and decisions will continue to be enforced without prejudice to the provisions of the system attached (to this decree).
