The total traded value of real estate activity in the sultanate by the end of March crossed RO698mn.

A statement issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning said, ‘Preliminary figures issued by the ministry indicate that the total traded value of real estate activity by the end of March 2021 reached RO698,058,651.’

The ministry pointed out that the total number of real estate transactions varied from governorate to governorate.

The value of transactions in Al Wusta was RO31,551,379, RO100,942,962 in Muscat governorate, RO32,372,000 in South Batinah, RO27,898,105 in North Batinah, RO17,244,280 in Dhofar, RO15,490,053 in Dakhliyah, RO7,807,059 in North Sharqiyah, RO6,482,842 in South Sharqiyah, RO15,57,401 in Dhahirah, RO2,871,759 in Buraimi and RO1,211,450 in Musandam.
