His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik conferred the Order of Felicitation on Raoul Restucci, managing director of Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), on Monday. The honour reflects His Majesty the Sultan’s appreciation for the efforts and contributions of Restucci in his field of work.

The order was handed over by Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, when he received Restucci in his office on Monday.

The conferment ceremony was attended by Dr Mohammed Hamad al Rumhy, Minister of Energy and Minerals, the secretary general and the two advisers at Sayyid Asaad’s office.
