H E Dr Fatma bint Mohammed al Ajmi, Undersecretary for Administrative, Financial & Planning Affairs in the Ministry of Health (MoH), visited a number of health institutions in Musandam governorate to follow up on the progress of work in those institutions.

The visit included the under-construction Khasab Hospital, where the undersecretary was briefed on the progress of work and the remaining stages of the project. She also paid visits to the Khasab Referral Hospital, Khasab Health Centre and Kimzar Health Centre and met the administrators and health workers. She urged them to make every effort to overcome difficulties and facilitate the provision of health services. 

H E Dr Fatma visited the Directorate General of Health Services of Musandam governorate (DGHS-Musandam), where she discussed a number of issues related to the health system in the governorate with the director general and senior officials. She was accompanied by Dr Ghanim bin Mohammed al Sadi, DGHS-Musandam director general.
