Noora Mohammed Amer al Rahbi, who works as a customer service supervisor in Zawawi Trading company – Mercedes Benz, believes that achievement only comes through continuous learning, analysis, and some pitfalls. It is the most important thing that leads us to our goals, she says, calling to mind the company slogan – The best or nothing!

Noora has climbed up the corporate ladder through sheer hard work and dedication, something that comes naturally to her and which took her from a call centre executive in 2019 to a customer service supervisor in one of the most prestigious high-end car dealers in the sultanate within a span of a decade.

From managing excellent customer relations to building long lasting business relationships with clients and consumers, Noora handles a string of tasks that are all directed towards maintaining fruitful partnerships. ‘Success and achievement is the ability to convert a complaining customer to a loyal customer’ is her mantra.
