His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Nawaf al Ahmed al Sabah after he took oath as Kuwait’s 16th Emir on Wednesday. His Majesty the Sultan expressed his best wishes to his brother, the Emir of the State of Kuwait, for continued health and wellness, praying to God Almighty to help him lead the brotherly Kuwaiti people to achieve further progress, advancement and prosperity.
