H E Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Nu’amani, Minister of Royal Office, received in his office on Wednesday Ben Wallace, Secretary of State for Defence in the United Kingdom, and his accompanying delegation. 

H E Gen Nu’amani reiterated the historic and strong relations with the United Kingdom and their development in several fields, thanks to the attention accorded by the leaderships of the two countries. 

The UK’s State Secretary for Defence expressed his thanks and appreciation for the sultanate’s role at the regional and international arenas, as well as the sultanate’s role in strengthening ties of friendship and understanding.  

The meeting was attended by H E Hamish Cowell, UK’s Ambassador to the sultanate.
