The Royal Oman Police has has arrested six people and retrieved 38 vehicles that were about to be smuggled.

In a statement, ROP said, ‘The six accused signed fake contracts with citizens to rent their vehicles and then tried to smuggle them. Legal procedures against them are being completed.’

ROP called on citizens and residents to be aware of fraud. It warns citizens to be careful while buying and selling vehicles through websites.
