Today’s recipe: Churros with Chocolate Sauce)

2 cups water
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup butter
¼tbsp vanilla extract/essence
Piping bag with a broad nozzle
3tsp sugar for dusting
1tsp cinnamon powder for dusting
2 bars of chocolate – melted
Oil for deep frying
In a pan, bring the water to boil. Add sugar, salt, butter, all purpose flour and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients well until it forms a stiff dough. Incorporate the eggs with the dough and let it rest for half an hour. Then, fill the piping bag with the mixture. Heat oil in wok and drop portions of dough from the piping bag directly in the hot oil. Fry till golden brown. Mix the sugar and cinnamon powder and dust the fried churros. Toss to coat well. Serve when cooled with melted chocolate as a sauce.
