Eid greetings extended to Emir of Qatar, King of Bahrain

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued a Royal Pardon to 433 prisoners, out which 217 were expatriates. 

His Majesty the Sultan also exchanged Eid al Adha greetings with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, Emir of Qatar, and Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa al Khalifa, over phone calls on Tuesday.  

During the call to the Emir of Qatar, His Majesty expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes of good health, happiness and a long life to Sheikh Tamim, praying to the Almighty Allah for the return of this blessed occasion on him and the brotherly people of Qatar to achieve further progress and prosperity. His Majesty also wished all Muslims plentiful bounties and blessings. 

On his turn, Sheikh Tamim expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan, praying to Allah to perpetuate good health, wellbeing, and a long life on His Majesty the Sultan and for the return of this occasion on him to achieve all aspirations of progress and prosperity for the Omani people. Sheikh Tamim also wished the Arab and Islamic nations plentiful blessings and welfare. 

During the call His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes of good health, happiness and a long life to King Hamad, praying to the Almighty Allah for the return of this blessed occasion on him and the brotherly people of Bahrain. His Majesty the Sultan also wished all Muslims plentiful bounties and blessings.

On his turn, King Hamad reciprocated His Majesty the Sultan’s cordial sentiments. He expressed his sincere wishes of good health, happiness and a long life to His Majesty the Sultan, praying to the Almighty Allah for the return of this occasion on His Majesty to achieve further aspirations of progress and prosperity for the Omani people. He also wished the Arab and Islamic nations abundant blessings and bounties.
