The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested three Asian expatriates on charges of smuggling drugs on the coast of Quriyat.  

In a statement, ROP said, ‘Coast guard boats seized a drug-smuggling boat with three people of Asian nationality near the coast of Quriyat.’ 

Those arrested were taken into custody and legal procedures are underway against them.
