Today’s recipe: Crispy Quesadilla

Sliced black olives
Cheddar cheese slices or grated cheese
Hot sauce or tomato ketchup (for kids)
Readymade tortilla wraps
Heat a hotplate, spread some butter and toast the readymade tortillas evenly. Evenly spread some hot sauce on one half of the tortilla, then place cheese slices or shredded cheese over it and top it up with sauted onions, olives, capsicum and corn kernels. You may also add shredded, cooked chicken or beef slices. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling side and allow the cheese to melt. The tortilla turns out crispy outside and juicy inside. Now, carefully flip the tortilla and allow it to toast for 10 seconds until it gets browned and crispy. Remove from pan, cut the quesadilla into strips, and it’s ready to serve.
