Contrary to what is being circulated in social media about an Omani being killed in Karachi, the Consulate General of Oman in Karachi said the news is not true and that the Omani citizen died of natural causes. 

“What is being circulated is incorrect. The Omani citizen died naturally and was not killed,’ the consulate said in a tweet.

The Consulate General confirmed the safety of Omanis in Pakistan.
