Oman has facilitated the return of 37 citizens from India on Monday.
Embassy of of Oman in New Delhi stated that 28 citizens from Hyderabad and nine from Mumbai were sent to Muscat.
‘Within the framework of the directives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to evacuate the Omani citizens, the embassy today, in coordination with the Indian authorities, facilitated the return of 28 citizens from the city of Hyderabad and nine citizens from the city of Mumbai,’ the embassy stated.
The mission added that it is working to complete the formalities for return of rest of the citizens from Indian capital, Delhi, before the end of this month.
The group of Omanis came via the Air India Express flight from Hyderabad, which is taking the stranded Indians to their homes on Monday.
