32 in institutional quarantine in Muscat return home

In a sign of positive development, 32 people who were confined to institutional quarantine in Muscat have completed their isolation period and have been transported to their respective homes. 

According to the Government Communication Center (GCC), these 32 people were in institutional quarantine in Muscat but did not test positive for COVID-19. ‘The have been transported back to their respective wilayats.’ 

Meanwhile, Oman Air brought back 38 citizens to Muscat from Thailand on Friday evening. These returnees were receiving medical treatment in the East Asian country. 

The flight, with 8 doctors and nurses from the Ministry of Health on board, departed on April 16 and return on Friday.
