The Ministry of Manpower (MoM) launched several new self-services modules on its website to make sure business is usual as far as the the ministry services are concerned.

‘MoM has developed its website to enable self services including work permits, renewal, employee departure requests, transfer of services, individual work contracts, part-time work contract, and change of profession of Omani workforce,’ MoM said in a statement.

To facilitate the flow of work, MoM has launched the virtual private network for its employees. ‘A virtual private network will enable its employees to follow up and review incoming requests to the ministry and carry out the work remotely,’ MoM statement said.
