The residents of Yiqa village in the wilayat of Rustaq have thanked the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) for providing aid to them. On Sunday, RAFO aircraft transported aid to the people of Yiqa in Rustaq in South Batinah governorate.
Hamid bin Salem al Khanbashi, one of the citizens of Yiqa village, said, “The people of Yiqa village thank RAFO for its role in transporting basic supplies to citizens in such rough terrains.”
Khalfan Muhammad al Khanbashi, another citizen of the area, said, “RAFO has been providing great services since the Blessed Renaissance to the people of the region despite the difficult roads. We are very thankful to them.”
Pilot Osama Suleiman Ambusaidi from the Royal Air Force of Oman, said, “The Sultan’s Armed Forces harnesses all its finances and human capabilities to serve the country and its citizens.
“RAFO aircraft provide many services, such as transporting patients, citizens, equipment and necessary food supplies and medical evacuations.”
