H E Sayyid Badr bin Saud bin Harib al Busaidi, Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs, and his accompanying delegation left on Tuesday for India to attend the 11th DefExpo India-2020, as per an official invitation from Rajnath Singh, Indian Defence Minister.

DefExpo is India’s premier biennial land, naval and internal homeland security systems exhibition that will cover the complete spectrum of the country’s aerospace, defence and security interests.

It will be held from February 5 to 8 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. H E Sayyid Badr was seen off at the Seeb Air Base by Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith al Nabhani, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), India’s ambassador to the sultanate and a number of senior officers of the Command of the Sultan’s Armed Forces.
