Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The GCC foreign ministers held a preparatory meeting for the 40th GCC Summit at the Secretariat General in Riyadh on Monday.  

The GCC summit is scheduled to be held in Riyadh on Tuesday. The sultanate’s delegation in the meeting was headed by H E Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign  Affairs. The GCC Ministerial Council discusses a range of important topics to enhance the cooperation march among member states in various spheres.  

The ministers also  discuss the regional and international political developments, as well as issues in the region.
