The project’s new branding promises a life free from complications and aims to foster a

As one of the region’s most important real estate projects, the new brand positioning fulfils this need and signifies a step further towards completion for the development, which is still on schedule to welcome its first residents this year.

The new branding was unveiled at a glamorous launch party held at the Muscat Bay Experience Centre on site, overlooking the beautiful natural landscape.
Sheikh Hamood bin Sultan al Hosni, CEO of Muscat Bay said, “We are thrilled to reveal the branding of our project and the new name Muscat Bay by our special guest of honour, Sheikh al Fadhl bin Mohammed bin Ahmed al Harthy, secretary general of the Council of Ministers. The new brand essence further reflects the project’s ethos.”
