Royal Decree issued

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has issued Royal Decree 5/ 2012, appointing a non-resident ambassador.

Article one: Appoints Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zahir al Hin'ai, Oman's Ambassador to the United Kingdom as Non-Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Estonia.

Article two: The Decree comes into force from its date of issue.
