The erstwhile Hamdan hospital was taken over by the Lifeline Group a year ago when Dr V P Shamsheer, managing director, realised the need for quality and affordable healthcare services in Salalah. This was also the first hospital project of the group in Oman, which was followed by Lifeline Hospital Sohar, operational since August 2011.

Lifeline Hospital Salalah will offer the services of specialists in all major fields of medicine and surgery. A 24-hour accident and emergency department, inpatient rooms, advanced modular operation theatre and delivery rooms are available at this healthcare facility.
The full-fledged laboratory and radiology departments will function round the clock under the direct supervision of a qualified pathologist and radiologists. An ambulance on call and a well- stocked pharmacy will be added features.
