His Majesty the Sultan to leave for Iran on Sunday

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said will visit Iran on a three-day trip starting from Sunday. A statement issued by the Royal Court said the visit would ‘promote the close bilateral relations between the sultanate and Iran’.

“His Majesty the Sultan will be accompanied by Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidi, Minister of Diwan of Royal Court; Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Nuamani, Minister of Royal Office; Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs; Abdulaziz bin Mohammed al Rawas, His Majesty the Sultan's advisor; Dr Mohammed bin Hamad al Rumhi, Minister of Oil and Gas; Salem bin Nasir al Ismaili, director of the Public Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development, and Sheikh Yahya bin Abdullah bin Salim al Fana al Araimy, Oman's Ambassador to Iran.”
