The objective of the company's participation in these events was to highlight its vital role and relentless pursuit of its mission to protect groundwater from pollution and depletion by treating wastewater and converting it into a final product that is suitable for various uses.

Among the programmes and ceremonies that the company participated in was the celebration held by Sultan Qaboos University under the patronage of H E Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed al Shihi, Minister of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources.
Buthaina al Wahaibi, process engineer at Haya Water, delivered a presentation highlighting the importance of wastewater treatment, methods of treatment and benefits of treated wastewater in light of the sultanate's need for alternative water resources which will contribute to maintaining the strategic groundwater reserves for future generations. In addition, the Corporate Communication team participated in the exhibition organised by the university. Haya Water corner in the exhibition attracted many visitors. Haya Water has also allocated a part of its corner in the exhibition to display students' projects and inventions from different schools and universities which focused on water issues.
Haya Water also participated in the celebration organised by Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources at the German University of Technology under the patronage of H E Eng Ali bin Mohammed al Abri, Undersecretary of Water Resources Affairs.
