British artworks expo underway at Bait al Zubair
Muscat -
Fifty two British artworks from the 20th century are being displayed at the Bait al Zubair Museum as part of the 42nd National Day celebrations.
Titled ‘Out of Britain - A 100 years of British landscape art’, the exhibition is being organised by the British Council in partnership with Bait al Zubair Foundation and Museum, and will last until December 19.
Paul Doubleday, director of the British Council, said, “We are delighted to bring some of our collections to Oman. The exhibition is supported by Trowers and Hamlins and the Ministry of Education.”
