Areej residential complex to come up in Halban

The second phase of Areej Residential Community by National Mass Housing was launched at Grand Hyatt Muscat on Tuesday.

The RO7mn project, located in Halban, will have 69 villas spread over an area of over 30,000sq m. Facilities at the residential complex will include a mosque, spa, kids zone, swimming pool, green spaces, maids rooms, banking facilities and advanced security systems. It will be ready for buyers at the end of 2018.

Speaking during the launch, Rashid Saleem al Masalti, CEO of National Mass Housing said, “This is the second phase of Areej Residential Community that presents a milestone for the real estate sector in Oman. One of the main features of the project is the strategic location which gives the whole project uniqueness and investment value. It is located near the German University of Technology and Sandan Industrial Park and is a 15-minute drive from Muscat International Airport and Muscat City Centre and ten-minute drive from Seeb souq.”

He added that the unique architectural design of the 69-villa project ensures all comfort, luxury and enjoyable life for all residents. “The architectural masterpiece that combines modernity and originality is a milestone and one of the greatest contributions to the real estate sector in the sultanate,” he said. Each villa spread over 237sq m will be equipped with a wide range of facilities, technologies and internal design that provides the highest level of comfort and optimal use of every corner. All villas will have spacious bedrooms, in-built kitchen cabinets, smart lighting for corridors and private parking lots.

Masalti added, “Because we give great attention to privacy and safety, the project has its special and private entrance, as well as advanced security systems and round-the-clock guards.” The National Mass Housing provides many facilities to the potential buyers, including interest-free instalments from the day of purchase to the project delivery date and special discount for paying cash with no instalments scheduled. The National Mass Housing has signed agreements with a number of local banks for this purpose.
